1. Cancellations made more than 45 days before the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made paid.
2. Cancellations made less than 45 days but more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation.
3. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will be non-refundable.
4. No-shows or early checkouts will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
5. Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to sxmbsv@gmail.com or by contacting our reservation team.
6. Beachside Villas strongly recommends that guests include travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected cancellations or disruptions to their travel plans.
