High Season

(December 15 - April 30):

1 bedroom: Not Available

2 bedrooms: $625 per night

3 bedrooms: $725 per night

Low Season

(May 1 - December 14):

1 bedroom: $400 per night

2 bedrooms: $425 per night

3 bedrooms: $500 per night

Extended stay rates are available during the low season upon request.

Rates are per night and subject to applicable taxes and fees.

All rates are subject to the 5% island tax. Only cash payments are accepted on the property.

Booking & Payment

Full Payment is required to confirm your reservation. All rates are subject to a 5% government tax and are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

Credit Card Payments are subject to a 4% processing fee. This fee is equal to the cost incurrerd by BSV to process credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

6 months or more before arrival	Full refund
3-6 Months before arrival	50% refund
Less than 3 months before arrrival	No refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email sxmbsv@gmail.com.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes, cancellations, or interruptions to their trip.
